Old Speedster Prewar Race Car Gauge Scta Vintage Dash Instrument Panel Trog Lqqk

Very old unknown application most likely late 20s indicated by the speedo but could be up to early 30s! Must of been a high end vehicle to have a mechanical temp gauge! Perfect for a barn find speedster build.

Odd big water temperature gauge. I installed a very nice 80 mph speedo i had in the original panels cup and bezel. It was a exact replacement. Looks like a NOS speedo but possible a quality early rebuild one.

The speedo bezel is cracked several places in the back but the bezel ring area that shows up front is not cracked. I did not clean inside the oil, temp and amp gauge. Their bezels are actually crimped on the housings like a modern type gauge. Speedo trip resets very smooth. All the indirect gauge plastic lens are intact except the speedo is missing all of them. The panel is 11 1/4 wide, 6 1/4 tall in the center, 5 1/4 tall in the middle of the large temp and speedo, 3 1/2 tall at the ends. All the dash and gauge mounting tabs are intact except one for the oil gauge. Temp gauge line has been cut. I removed the gauges and cleaned out the cob webs.

Cleaned the back of the panel with soapy water and wd-40 a few months ago. I left the 4 small gauge tabs uninstalled as they were fitting real tight. This is a front mount gauge panel. Really nice different than normal set up!
